1. Introduction

Strategic Future AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7.2 Strategic Future AI does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

7.3 While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information, you acknowledge that the AI's responses may not always be entirely accurate or suitable for your specific needs. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 In no event shall Strategic Future AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

a) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service

b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

c) Any content obtained from the Service

d) Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8.2 This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Strategic Future AI has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
